Irene Stasi
Director
Irene began her accounting career in 2009 at the boutique Melbourne firm, Cadells. After 5 years at Cadells, she found herself at top tier firm, Deloitte within the Private Business Advisory Services as a Senior Analyst.

Utilising her extensive knowledge and experience, alongside her receiving her Chartered Accountants Certification in 2012, Irene established Leading Business Services (LBS).

Irene’s passion for tax, management accounting and economics has led to the LBS specialising in tax consulting, financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting. Having worked amongst a diverse portfolio of clients, she has exemplified her skills in working alongside start-ups to establish tax effective structures to assist in their continued success. Irene's interests in hospitality and the construction industry reflects in the firms client base.

Outside of Leading Business Services, Irene has a keen interest in exercising, playing basketball, spending time with her family and friends and is a passionate supporter of the Richmond Football Club.
Arthur Stasi
Consultant
With over 35 years of experience in the accounting industry, Arthur’s wealth of knowledge enables him to provide innovative and strategic advice to his clients.

Passionate and driven to assist clients achieve their business and personal goals, by listening, planning, and delivering strategic initiatives.

Arthur co-founded a successful accountancy firm in 1987 which provided business advisory services, specialising in the construction, property, medical profession, and manufacturing industries.

Outside of accounting, Arthur’s past times include fishing, supporting the Richmond Football Club and spending quality time with his family and friends.
Fifi Stasi
Office Manager
Fifi has worked in the accounting industry in the administration department for her entire working career. Fifi is a dedicated and experienced office manager, having worked with some of Melbourne's leading accounting firms for over her extensive career.

Fifi embarked on her career as an office manager at a boutique accounting firm in Melbourne, Cadells, honing her skills in office administration and delighting colleagues and clients with her personable and friendly demeanour.

As an office administration specialist, Fifi thrives in high pressure situations, ensuring deadlines are met and administrative tasks are completed to the highest standard. With the flexibility to take on office management responsibilities, as well as to work as part of a broader team, Fifi is adaptable to a myriad of situations.

Fifi enjoys her constant client interaction as well as making the lives of her colleagues just that little bit easier.
Buddy Boy
Office Guard Dog & Mascot
Buddy, often mistaken for the Peter Alexander mascot , enjoys long walks along the beach, sleeping and eating cheese. He can often be found at the office barking at everything walking past.
